This story is a man who doesn't have a doctor's licence, but has marvelous skill of surgery which only works for person who has a lot of money to pay for him. Setting of this comic is long time ago and even shows problem of medical treatment those days. He always says that he won't work if patient doesn't have money, but mostly, he finally doesn't force people to pay money and work even for people not rich. This comic told me that important thing is not my profit but other people's.
